## 3. Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind, Wrong Size, etc.)

If you'd simply like to return an item that is not defective:

- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the **product price only** (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item (per the conditions above) and place a new order.
