REFUND POLICY

BAIYUSHOP is operated by NUVELLIA GLOBAL LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong (Business Registration Number: 81338008).

RETURNS
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at contact@baiyushop.com with your order number. Please do not send items back before contacting us: we will send you the return instructions and address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for non-defective items. Refunds cover the product price only.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, personal care items (such as shavers and skin care devices) can only be returned if they are unopened and unused, unless they are defective.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order free of charge before it ships by emailing contact@baiyushop.com. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.

WARRANTY
Projectors come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. For any other product, contact us if you experience a problem.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer laws of your country.
